Changing Table

This table was created as a prop to one of my Odyssey of the Mind competitions the year prior to the Hamster Wheel Car. The prompt that year was to create a robot capable of imitating human actions which can be seen in the background of the video below. It used microwave transformer electromagnets to move the joints and had a reciprocating mouth with that used a DVD player motor and the mechanism used for train wheels. This table was created as a prop in the skit to create a mood transition where the table suddenly changed colors.
